Description: Ensure the effective building, training, and leading of required volunteer teams. Ensure quality and consistency in environments, programming, and execution of Next Gen ministry across campuses. Foster a healthy partnership with parents in the discipleship and care of their children and teens.

Qualifications: Ability to multi-task and to think strategically and creatively. Strong project management skills are a must. Candidate must show an ability to communicate effectively and a willingness and ability to adapt as a part of the larger ministry team. Prior ministry experience would be a great strength.
