Since March of 2020, Burchfield Ministries International has adjusted its approach to ministry as it relates to public gatherings, and the availability of services provided by each of the unique outreaches connected to BMI. While we deeply missed not gathering churches for Discovery Camp this summer, or welcoming an in-person class of Texas Bible Institute to celebrate its 30th year anniversary, we were thankful for the time to embrace some new ideas for the days ahead and refocus on the mandate for the ministry, providing as much online ministry as we possibly could. Believers World Outreach Church reopened its campus on August 1, 2020 for in-person services.

As we approach 2021, BMI’s Board Of Directors has recently prayerfully decided to continue the current position of suspended campus services to public gatherings that require residential accommodations. While our faith remains strong that the COVID-19 virus current pandemic will not disrupt the long term fulfillment of ministry, we believe the responsibility of mitigating associated risks of spreading the virus remains a primary focus. Online ministries opportunities will continue to be available for Country Camp Spring Events, Believers World Outreach Church, and Texas Bible Institute outreaches, and can be seen by following the links below.

For 32 years, Pastors Tommy and Rachel Burchfield have always followed the leading of the Holy Ghost, regardless of popular opinion, and their obedience in His leading will remain true as we enter into 2021. By hosting virtual events and conferences for churches to take part of, we can continue to build and bless His Church through the extended reach of technology, while we focus on some needed repairs to the physical locations. 

More than ever, your generosity and continued financial faithfulness is needed and appreciated. In a recent letter to churches and pastors, Pastor Tommy reminded pastors of God’s faithfulness and to stay steady.
